ENDOMOBIL and PRS Healthcare Announce Partnership for Ultrasound Probe Repairs in Germany

New collaboration combines local customer support in Germany with specialized repair expertise in France.

Hamburg / Lyon, November 6, 2026 – ENDOMOBIL GmbH and French company PRS Healthcare SAS have entered into a partnership for the repair of medical ultrasound probes. The cooperation agreement was signed on October 20, 2026. Since November 1, ENDOMOBIL has been offering this additional repair service in Germany.

Under the partnership, ENDOMOBIL provides customer support in Germany and coordinates repair orders. The technical repair of ultrasound probes is carried out by PRS Healthcare in Lyon. This enables ENDOMOBIL to expand its existing services beyond endoscope repairs.

Cost-effective and Sustainable Repair Alternatives

Ultrasound probes are important components of medical diagnostics. Where appropriate, professional repair can offer a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a replacement and help extend the useful life of high-value medical devices. The partnership provides medical facilities in Germany with an additional manufacturer-independent repair service.
